Domestic installations remain a critical and focussed area of our work, offering 24hour service to the complete Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Hunter Regions. We pride ourselves in the quality and efficency of our work and this attributes to our large level of repeat business. Furthermore, the positive reputation allows as to increase our clientele base and to continue to serve the public in all areas of electrical installation and maintanence.
Commercial Services
HCB Electric have been carrying out commerical electrical work for multiple decades now. This long term relationship is testament to our quality of work, expertise and commitment to excellence. The scope of our commercial work is listed below.
Industrial Services
A large portion of our work consists of heavy industrial work including complete factory fitouts, power upgrades, high voltage work and supply modifications. Our specialist team are trained in all aspects of this type of work holding inductions and tickets for required machinery including elevated work platforms, confined space training and supply termination.
Test and Tag
The WorkCover Code of Practice for Electrical Practices documents in Section 14.1
'Ensure that all flexible extension cords, portable tools and electrical plant supplied at a voltage above 32 volts (extra low voltage) are insepcted, tested and tagged by a licensed electrician at regular monthly intervals or at regular three monthly intervals for single unit dwelling house sites'

HCB Electric can implement a program maintenance system to suit your company?s individual requirements.
Phone & Data Communications
HCB Electric will provide Austell licensedtradespeople to carry out your requirements.
Cable & Pipe Location
HCB Electric utilise state of the art cable and pipe location techniques using Rigid Navitrack technology
Hot Water Systems
HCB supply and install the highest quality hot water systems in all sizes. Furthermore, all aspects of hot water system repairs can be carried out aswell including thermostats and elements. In addition to our services HCB can recommend the right size and type of HWS for your next application.
Pole Testing
HCB employs specialists in this area with training and certification in testing of both Steel and CRC treated poles. Furthermore, HCB Electric offers non-treated pole testing services to test of strength and termite/fungal decay.
Air Conditioners
HCB Electric offers a range of air conditioning solutions including split systems and window box setups. We can supply and install units up to 3.5hp in a range of locations for all requirements.
Private Telephone Services
HCB is licenced and experienced in the installation or new and additional telephone and data points for your home or office. Our electricians are AUSTEL licenced and can cater for your specific needs.
Floodlighting
HCB specialises in all forms of domestic and commerical floodlighting, for all applications. Previous clients include local councils, airports and sporting organisations. State of the art materials and operations are used to achieve the most suitable and professional result to suit your needs including engineered lighting placement and laser focussing systems.
